Ruckus capped at 100mbps

Ruckus hardwired to att modem w/ 500mbps speeds, wireless signal capped at 100mbps from Ruckus.

Amy ideas?

Imran, the Ruckus has never provided speeds over 100mbps. The att box is an Arris BGW210. All lights have been disabled as it is mounted on a hallway ceiling in my home. Internet is currently stable w speeds around 500mbps.

I verified speeds to the att router, and ruckus poe are good. Just the ruckus wireless extender hardwired to the ruckus poe has capped speeds of 100mbps. Doing a system update at the moment. Lmk if I can check any settings that could be the culprit.

Can you log into the switch? You may have a bad cable that is negotiating 100Mbps instead of 1Gbps. Looking at that wiring, I’m guessing that’s the issue as it looks like they had the work experience kid crimp their cables.
