Thank you for sharing the requested information.
Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is stuck in boot mode and you tried hard resetting and Software Recovery. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.

provided additional screenshots as the troubleshooting steps arent working. I am waiting a significant amount of time between responses and my internet has not been working for days. As you know, Lennar homes are set up to use everything with the internet, to include garage openers, security systems, Ring, etc. At this time i am requesting supervisor assistance and a tech to troubleshoot the issue.

Could you please let me know if you have used the correct Software Recovery files using the TFTP application and performed the commands?
Additionally, could you please let me know the current light status on the RUCKUS Switch?

i used the software based upon the tutorial provided, also the lights are still the same, amber light.
