Ruckus access points

I have 2 Ruckus access points that are no longer working. I wrote on this Forum about 4 months ago and someone did email me back. If someone could contact me back at singleton15911@yahoo.com. I have sent several emails to Jerel Alexander but lately I have not gotten a response back in months. They were going to send out 2 new ones but I have not received them yet. Any information would be great.
