Hi @Tagipo

Greetings!

Thank you for your prompt response and the update.

Regarding the status of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch, the light indicators are currently showing a normal state. To proceed with troubleshooting the Access Points, kindly disconnect the Ethernet cable from the Switch ports and reconnect it to any available port within the 1-12 ports range (please refer to the screenshot below). This will help determine whether the Access Points power up.

If the Access Points do not power on after reconnecting to any other 12 ports, the issue may be related to the Switch ports being disabled. In such cases, the ports will need to be enabled via the command line. You can find detailed instructions for this process in the following RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base article:
Enable Switch Ports - Knowledge Base Article

Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention that the Ethernet cable (yellow) connected to the Internet Service Provider's (ISP) router appears to be plugged into the wrong port. It should be connected to one of the 1-12 Switch ports. Kindly disconnect the cable from its current port and reconnect it to any available port within this range (refer to the screenshots below for further clarification).

Please feel free to reach out if you require any assistance while following these steps.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
