Ruckus Wireless switch internet connectivity issue.

Hello Ruckus Team,

Lennar Home - Internet connectivity issue with Ruckus Switch and Ruckus APs. Internet connectivity is normal with modem and only through Ruckus switch and APs the connectivity issue persist. Tried restarting APs and Internet modem. No change in result. 

This connectivity issue impacts both work and personal tasks. Please help to resolve this issue.

Thank you for the response.

From the pictures shared, I understand that the light status on the switch and the connection is normal

We would suggest to create new 5G network and check if it resolves the issue.

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to create Wifi network.

Please follow the article and please share the screenshot if you are getting stuck at any point and we can look into this for you.

However, if you continue to have difficulty following the steps, we recommend that you seek outside help or a technician.

RUCKUS does not have any support team of technicians to support on-site for Lennar Homes.
