Ruckus Switch showing up as "Total 0" in Unleashed app (Switches) via web browser.

After rebooting my Arris Surfboard Modem Router (Cox version), I lost internet access and had to go through their tech support to get it back. Now my wifi speed through the (3) R510 AP's is awful and l'm trying to get my Lennar Ruckus Unleashed system back running like before. Logged in the web access and noticed no switch connected to the system. Is this what's causing my performance issues? Thanks!

All 3 AP's & and all Clients showing up.

Hi @jamesvid2

Thank you for your detailed response.

I would like to inform you that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is currently running an older non-UFI 08080d version, and your Unleashed Access Points are also on outdated versions.

Our initial step will be to assist you with upgrading the Switch. Please refer to the following RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base article for the upgrade process:

How to Upgrade RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P from Non-Unified Forwarding

Given that you have a MAC, we recommend using Option-1 as outlined in the article. Please ensure that the USB/flash drive is formatted in FAT32 and is a standard USB drive.

Follow the instructions provided in the article for the Switch upgrade, and let me know if you encounter any issues or require further assistance during the process.

Thank you once again for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,

Imran Sanadi
