Ruckus Switch showing up as "Total 0" in Unleashed app (Switches) via web browser.

After rebooting my Arris Surfboard Modem Router (Cox version), I lost internet access and had to go through their tech support to get it back. Now my wifi speed through the (3) R510 AP's is awful and l'm trying to get my Lennar Ruckus Unleashed system back running like before. Logged in the web access and noticed no switch connected to the system. Is this what's causing my performance issues? Thanks!

All 3 AP's & and all Clients showing up.

Thank you for the response and the update.

If you don't know the username/password for the Switch, please try to log into the Switch using the default credentials.

Switch default credentials will be as mentioned below. 

Username: super

Password: sp-admin

If the above credentials don’t work, you can try below default credential combinations as well.

Hi, I have tried every combination from above using admin and sp-admin in 2 different browsers and cannot login.  Please advise.

Please try using telnet option to access CLI:

If you have a MAC device, please try the below process. 

Example "open terminal":

Telnet: Example

nc 10.0.0.132 23 (Format is : nc <ip address of the switch> 23)

Please enter the below commands once you log in to CLI and share the output.

Note: Hit Enter to accept each command 

enable

   show version

   show flash

   show inline power

   show inline power detail

   show interface brief

   show ip address

   show lldp neighbors detail
