Hi,
I was sent a switch for the Faulty Ruckus switch and RMA for the case # 02180308.While I new switch is connected and AP's has power I also need to know what the process to send back the faulty switch.I don't see shipping label sent for me to send my faulty switch.Pls let me know the process to send the faulty switch and send me the shipping label for the same.

Faulty switch has been sent back and I have also responded back to your team with the details of the shipment already.This case can be closed as of now.will log a new one if I have any further issues.
