I cant get my ruckus ap to do anything. The ssid has a password and the serial number doesn't work. Ive reset it 6 times now and ot does the same thing everytime. Ive got it powered through poe and the 1gb ethernet port will not work. Also there are no lights flashing in the 2.4g or 5g
