Ruckus R320 access point no power

I haven't had power on my access point for about a month. All the lights on the switch are green but the access point has no power. I have gone through the steps you provided online, I have the IP address. I tried to enter the IP address through the CLI and I get an error message saying that the password is incorrect. What can I do now?
