Ruckus R-510 does not reset

  • I bought the lennar home and switched from. Verizon to xfinity and trying to reset AP but cannot. I tried doing factory reset and followed the instructions on the “unleash “ app to connect to “configure.me-xxxxxx” but cannot connect for next steps. I have the power light as solid green on my AP and the other two bandwidth’s 5ghz and 2.4ghz is amber rest lights are off. Pls help
