Hello,
There was a storm that came through and knocked the Ruckus out. Since then, it has not been working properly. I have rebooted it several times and still no improvement. Will need further assistance.

Please, do not do any procedure that we have not recommended, my co-worker suggested you to fix the problem of the routing code
Please read really carefully the following guide :
Make sure to have just one access point connected to the ICX-7150-C12 ( disconnected from the Ethernet port the rest of them ) , that access point that you keep connected is the one that you are going to work on the factory reset.
