I received a new Ruckus Switch (ICX7150-C12P) as replacement, But this does not powerup, seems like a defective Switch. I tried all the diagnostics mentioned in the Forum and still no Luck, Tried resetting and on the entire power panel and it's still not working.

From the case description, I understand that you have received the replacement Switch and you are unable to connect to RUCKUS network.
For guidance on setting up your system, please refer to the RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article linked below. The article includes detailed instructions for the setup process.
I see that we have approved 2 replacement Switches and the replaced Switches works fine.
However, if you continue to have difficulty following the steps, we recommend that you seek outside help or a technician.
RUCKUS does not have any support team of technicians to support on-site for Lennar Homes.

Hi,
I have no problem connecting to he Ruckus Network, The Replacement Switch i received does not Power up, It does not light up. That seems to be defective. If i receive a Good Working Switch that will resolve the issue.

Thank you for the response.
To proceed with resolving the issue with your ICX-7150-C12P Switch, we kindly request that you follow the steps outlined below:
Kindly shoot a video similar to the EXAMPLE Video provided in the link.
In the video, please ensure to capture the following:
1. Show the plug of the ICX-7150-C12P Switch being connected to a working outlet.
2. Simultaneously, display the light status on the switch.
3. Display the Serial number on the label of the Switch
