Ruckus Lennar Switch (ICX-7150-C12P) NOT working

Hi,

Can someone please help me. I having issue with my Lennar Ruckus Switch (ICX-7150-C12P).

1. Un-stable/slow connection.

2. Unable to connect switch from Unleashed web/App.

3. Unable to connect the switch from console port also.

Please find the below error message in dashboard.

:Failed to ping ICX 192.168.x.xx. Suggest checking the network.:

*Unleashed system only supports ICX firmware version 08.0.90 or later.

Switch’s Console ports are not responding. I have tried different troubleshooting steps however, the failure persists, and unable to perform the software recovery on the Switch.

Can you please someone help me to fix the issue.

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working, with an intermittent Internet connection.

I can see from the Picture you shared, as per the Switch light status it is in a normal state.

From the other Screenshots you shared I suspect this issue may be due to the Routing code.

Hi Imran,

I have followed the above link, unable to get into Switch using console (CLI). 

Switch’s Console ports are not responding also., personal opition somehow i feel its hardware issue. I would like experts to review.

I have connected with one of the free ports and tried ping Switch IP address. Please find the screennshot below.
