Ruckus ICX7150-c12p - DRAM: Shmoo parameters stored in flash..failed!

Good morning Ruckus team.

 

My ICX7150-c12p looks like it started to fail to boot. Connecting to console, I see the fault for Shmoo loading.

I have tried to reboot a few times but it looks like it refuses to boot anymore.

I have had issues with the switch over the last few months where it would still function but not be accessible or it wouldn't detect new connections on ethernet ports.

From my understanding, it looks like it could be a hardware issue?

I really enjoyed using this switch and it would be unfortunate if I can't fix it.

Hello, thanks for following up.

I was able to get the switch RMA'd here. New unit is working good.

 

We are close the ticket.
