We had a power glitch and it left my Switch in limp mode. I read posts and followed recovery steps with no success. I didn't realize how much my home depended on this until now but I think my switch is done.

Do we get a replacement?

Hi @marlonfw
Greetings!!!
Thank you for contacting RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.
I hope you are doing well!!!
Thank you for the information you shared.
As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is stuck in boot mode with PWR and SYST lights has Green and Amber lights respectively.
Did you try hard resetting? If not, please perform it multiple times as described in the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article.
If that doesn't work, the only option is to perform the software recovery of the Switch, please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article for the process.
If you already tried the software recovery process, please help me at what step you are stuck and please share the screenshots of the same.
Please follow these instructions carefully and provide/confirm the requested information. Should you have any questions or concerns during this process, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
Imran Sanadi

I have tried all of the mentioned steps. It seems the switch never bring up a console prompt, just a blank screen.

Hi @marlonfw
Thank you for the response and the update.
Before you proceed with the software recovery please ensure to download the below-mentioned drives on your laptop.
1. RUCKUS ICX-7150 USB Serial Driver (Windows): https://support.ruckuswireless.com/software/1414-brocade-ruckus-7150-usb-serial-driver-windows
2. Silicon Labs USB to UART Bridge VCP Drivers: silabs.com/developers/usb-to-uart-bridge-vcp-drivers?tab=downloads
Once you install the drivers connect both the software recovery cables (Please note, we must use ethernet cable (both ends RJ45 plugs) and USB to type C cable both together) between the Switch and laptop then check for COM port details. Refer to the RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-articles shared in my previous post for the same.
Please follow these instructions carefully. Should you have any questions or concerns during this process, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience.
Best regards,
Imran Sanadi
