Ruckus ICX 7150 and inline power- not working

Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P switch stopped working. SYST light amber, PWR light green. Consoled in to switch and tried to reset. Getting: "ERROR: can't get kernel image!"

Followed steps - switch not booting. All amber lights still flashing. This is extremely disruptive to our lives - would appreciate some real troubleshooting assistance over the phone or chat. I've already tried couple of the other instructions on this forum - but it is not helping.

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

I see you have used the ‘enable’ command for the ‘boot>’ which is an incorrect step to proceed with the software recovery.

Please initiate, with ‘setenv’ commands steps as described in the software recovery guide. (please refer to the below screenshot)

Please help us with the screenshots if there are any errors and let us know if you are stuck at any point in the software recovery process.
