Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P switch stopped working. SYST light amber, PWR light green. Consoled in to switch and tried to reset. Getting: "ERROR: can't get kernel image!"

Also, cannot get into Global Config mode. When typing "enable" get an error saying "unknown command". Here are the command options:

All access points have no lights at all.
Here's the photo of the switch - you can see that none of the CAT5 cable ports have lights on.

Thanks for your response.
Based on your description, your switch has green and amber light which means that the switch is stuck in boot mode.
Please follow the below steps to solve this issue.
1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX- 7150 and reconnect it.
2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick
