Hi I have an ICX 7150-C12P system with two access points. Two access points have no power. Of the ports, going top to bottom, left to right, first one has no light, 2nd one green, 3rd no light 4th orange. fifth and sixth no lights. No lights at all on bottom row.

1. Can you confirm if your RUCKUS setup was previously operational, and if there were any power outages before the issue began?
2. When your switch is connected to the outlet, do you observe any illuminated lights (amber or green)? Kindly describe which lights are visible. Additionally, please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.

Hi this system has worked fine for several years. There was no power issue prior to it stopping working yesterday. Here's a photo

Also, the two access points have no power. Those are completely not working. This photo above is the ICX router device.

Based on the light status of your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch, it appears to be functioning normally. However, the issue may be related to the switch ports not delivering Power over Ethernet (PoE) as expected.
