Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P is not working

I have Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P with two access points installed by Lennar. 


My connections are from Modem to Router to Ruckus switch. 

 

Since last week, my ruckus access points have stopped working. I visited this forum to perform the factory reset and then try to identify the IP Address, but no luck. 

Please see the steps I performed:- 

1) Tried to identify the IP address of the Ruckus via IP scanner app, but no references to Ruckus devices. I tried on CMD prompt to get IP address, but no luck.

2) Tried fatrory resetting, but this step did not help. 

3) I cannot even see configure.me or connect.me connections on my Wifi.

4) I don't even know what is the user name and password.

 

Please help me resolve these issues.

 

This is the product #7150 which I was given by your rep, but it is not showing up any result in the window.

Based on the information provided, it appears that the lights on the Ruckus Switch is  normal

We may need to check some configurations of your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch.

To proceed with troubleshooting the issue, please follow the steps outlined below to access the Command Line Interface (CLI) and provide the necessary command outputs:

1. First, identify the current IP address assigned to the switch ICX-7150-C12P by your local router. You can use an IP scanner tool to easily locate the switch's IP address on your network. Here is a guide on how to perform this using IP Scanner free applications:

2. Once you have identified the IP address of the switch, proceed to access the Command Line Interface (CLI) of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P switch. Here is a guide on how to access the CLI:

If you can access the Command line the prompt should look like below:

ICX7150-C12 Router> OR

ICX7150-C12 Switch>

3. After successfully accessing the CLI, please execute the following commands and provide the outputs:

   enable

   show version

   show flash

   show inline power

   show inline power detail

I had hard time finding the IP address of Ruckus using the app scanner app. I tried the steps mentioned using the ip scanner, but it dint locate any IP address tied to Ruckus or matching MAC.

Could you please share the screenshot of the IP Scan results?

I recommend cross-checking the IP addresses listed in the IP scan results under the names "Ruckus Wireless" or "Brocade Communications" to identify the correct IP address of the Switch and proceed to access the CLI accordingly.

I cannot share screenshot of Scan results, but I do not see any reference to ruckus wireless or Brocade communications in scan results.

Thank you for the response.

From the response you shared, I understand that the  Switch IP address details are not available or the Switch with Brocade Communications or Ruckus Wireless is not visible under the IP Scan results.
