The Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P has no power.

I understand that your Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P is not powering on.

Could you please confirm the following steps?

Have you tried swapping the power cable?

Have you tested the switch with a different power source or wall outlet?

Yes, I am a Lennar home owner

Yes, I tried other power cables and other power outlets.

I just submitted a support ticket.  Case ID: 02110649

I am being told by Ruckus support that this needs to be handled here.  Who can I work with to get the RMA started?
