Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P dumb switch not working after a reboot

Lennar home with Linksys router that provides internet to Ruckus dumb switch ICX 7150-C12P and 3 Access points. Linksys reboots and provides internet but no longer able to connect to the Ruckus.  Is there a software update or fix for this?

Thank you for responding.  The configuration has not changed since it was installed in 2018. Linksys switch connected to Ruckus dumb switch connected to 3 Access points. We did reboot the entire system and this is when the Ruckus did not come back up.   The pictures of the switch and access point cannot be attached as it says i dont have permission to upload when i click the camera.
