This morning our ICX 7150-C12P switch went offline. We had no power outage or any other issues. No method gives it power, when plugging and unplugging, all LED lights blink amber and then nothing, it stays off. I’ve tried to reset and had the same result. I’ve tried a different power cord and same result. It seems to me that it is non-operational.
This device came with our Lennar built home. I’ve seen other posts about accessing command line but it isn’t even staying on. How am I supposed to resolve this so our home can have internet again?

Yes , you are right this unit is totally dead based on the troubleshooting done.
This unit Should be RMA ( return merchandise authorization ) in simple words replace it.

Let me add the guide to gain access to the Switch, seems the unit may be stuck in boot mode, its no booting, if you cannot access to the Switch or while performing the software recovery there is an issue please share the results here.

I followed along with the steps very closely, but there is no connection because the device seems to not be powered. I can't access the console of the ICX 7150 at all. It is plugged into different outlets with the same results. The lights blink on when plugged in, then it goes dark. I get no response from the Putty application OR the MobaXterm, it stays a blank screen and has no ability for me to type the commands as shown in the troubleshooting guides.
Since it isn't able to connect to access it and it seems that the ICX 7150 has no power, I'm not able to perform the Software recovery.
What am I supposed to do next?
