Hi,
In my Lennar home (Black Diamond, WA, USA) that has this Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P router/switch installed in the network cabinet.
After the first power outage, the unit doesn't boot up and the WiFi Access points do not get power.
I can temporally make it work again by resetting the Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P, by following these steps.

OK.
I gave up, put into switch mode on a non-UFI version.
This is amongst the worse network hardware i've ever seen.

My Ruckus was diagnosed as inoperable and a new unit was being sent to me for replacement. Then I was informed that, since I have a Lennar home, the process is different. However, I still have a bad unit that needs to replaced. How do we make that happen?

I get this from the console port.
What is the next step please?

I can type reset at the prompt, then it takes a while but enters in the router mode, but it looks like there's no network at all.
