Ruckus ICX 7150 C12P Wifi network not showing up after power outage

Had a short power outage today, and all of my home smart devices were disconnected from the Ruckus wi-fi network. The network is not even showing up as an option to connect to anymore. Any help identifying the issue and fixing it so I can re-connect?

LED status on the switch:

PWR: Solid green

SYST: Solid yellow

no other LED's are on. I tried pressing the reset button (held for 15 ish seconds and released), but it did not show signs of actually resetting. Tried unplugging and replugging in after several minutes, still nothing. I have previously had issue with it booting into secondary mode, but I fixed this a few years ago. this is a different issue I have not faced before. Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you for the information you shared.

From the case description, I understand that the status lights on the Switch is Amber, which means that the Switch is stuck in a boot mode

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to fix the issue when the Switch is in boot mode.

Hello, Thank you for the article. I am able to follow up until the point where I open up a PuTTY session. It does not give me the "boot>" prompt when I open it. I am unable to run any commands. Any suggestions?

I understand that you are facing issues while you are performing Software recovery after the reset.

Could you please share the screenshot once you open the Putty app?
