Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P Not Powering on

Hi, I have Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P Which was provided or came along with my Lennar Home. the device wouldn't power on. I tried to follow the instructions provided in the Forum but it wouldn't power on. I have raised a Case request and the case id is 01603465. Could you please have a look at it and help me with it. Thanks

Hope you are doing well!!!

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up. 

Could you please try to check by replacing another Power cord with the Switch? In case the current power cord has been damaged. 

Also please try to reset the Switch as described below VIDEO:

1. Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnect.

2. Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick 

  • Remove power from the switch.
  • Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
  • After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.

I tried to different Power outlet. It doesnt work. Could you please help.

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

Could you please plug your ICX-7150-C12P Switch into a working power outlet and send us PICTURES and VIDEO of it showing the light status, and cord connected to the Switch and a working power outlet? Please refer to the below pictures as an example.
