Hello Support Team,
I own a Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P and a WAP through Lennar. My switch is not powering on at all. When I plug it in, the amber light flashes briefly, then the unit shuts off completely, and no lights remain on. There have been no power outages in the area.
I’ve tried all standard troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists. Could you please advise on the steps to request an RMA replacement?
