My Ruckus ICX 7150 switch has entered a frequent boot loop, causing a complete network outage and bringing down all connected access points (APs), which are also continuously resetting. As a result, the entire network is down with no internet access.
I have attempted multiple troubleshooting steps and remedies to recover the switch, but the continuous reboot cycle persists and fails to resolve.
This behavior began within the last few days without any local configuration changes, suggesting a software/firmware bug or faulty update. Given the volume of similar reports across the community regarding this issue, Ruckus needs to prioritize and provide a fix/hotfix as soon as possible.
Please escalate this ticket immediately.
