Ruckus Home Network No Longer Working at All

I have a home built by lennar and the ruckus network no longer works. The lights on the extenders are all completely off and I cannot figure out what is wrong with the system. The main ruckus device has power and lights on the Ethernet ports, but I cannot connect to any ruckus extenders. 

Can someone help me troubleshoot this? Thanks

I moved that Ethernet cable as you mentioned. At this point I need to reset the passwords for my access points. I cannot connect to them any more and cannot remember my password. 

I see one of the access points listed on my available networks list, but I cannot connect to it because I can’t remember the password

Thank you for the response and the update.

Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new Wi-Fi network/SSID.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.
