Ruckus APs not powering; ICX 7150-C12P

I have been struggling with my ruckus access points since the last power outage, now the APs are blank with know no power. I’ve tried every solution proposed in the posts and watch countless video without having any success.

I have tried resetting. I even tried logging into the IP. The Rukus doesn’t even show on wireless networks to anything via WiFi. 

I’ve also tried calling, but due to me purchasing a Lennar home no one would help me over the phone. Please help this is beyond exhausting and frustrating. Please help!

Thank you for the response.

I understand that the Switch is not turning on after following the article.

Kindly shoot a video similar to the EXAMPLE Video provided in the link.

In the video, please ensure to capture the following:

1. Show the plug of the ICX-7150-C12P Switch being connected to a working outlet.

2. Simultaneously, display the light status on the switch.

Please refer to the below pictures as an example.

Good morning, 

Do the video need to have an outlet tester?
Or, can I simply plug in another device such as my phone being charged on the same outlet?

It would be good if you have an outlet tester.

You may also plug in another device in the same outlet and confirm that the outlet is working in the same video.

Thank you for sharing the video.

I understand that your Ruckus Switch is not turning on and there are no  lights blinking.

We would suggest you to please perform a hard reset on the Switch.

Kindly shoot a video while performing the hard reset and upload it on the Google drive.
