Ruckus AP not working or Switch in pending state in unleashed app after power outage

We have out AP not working after power outage. I reset the switch, plugged out/in but still no change. I have checked the unleashed app and the switch is showing pending( pending-ip) state. Please help resolve this asap, thanks in advance.
