We have ruckus AP on every level in our townhome and the power light is blinking. None of the other lights including 5G and 2.4G are on. Can someone please help with this issue

It’s been more than 6 months we are having hard time using internet when connecting to AP. We are using only via router which is in garage for a good internet connectivity in lower levels.
Each level has one AP. When trying to connect to any AP, the connection is so intermittent and keeps dropping very often with dead slow speed.
It was not like this during the first year of moving to this house.
Please help us resolving this speed and inconsistent connection issue asap so we can use internet at good speed on any level via AP.
