Ruckus 7150 switch stuck in boot mode

Hello, my Ruckus device is not supplying power to the wireless access point in my Lennar home. I've performed the physical reset technique about 50 times and the "SYS" light is still amber. It seems the switch is getting stuck in booting mode, because when the lights start flashing, they will continue to flash for hours. I am not able to perform the software reset as I only have my work laptop and do no have the authority to download the necessary software. Can you please advise?
