Ruckus 510 lights for 2.4 and 5 GHz bands do not illuminate. Poe cable properly connected

The lights for the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands on my ruckus 510 are not illuminated. The power light and the CTL light are green. We recently lost power and the ruckus 510 has not operated properly since. How do I correct this issue?
