The lights for the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands on my ruckus 510 are not illuminated. The power light and the CTL light are green. We recently lost power and the ruckus 510 has not operated properly since. How do I correct this issue?

Hello,
We get stuck at the step where we are on putty and it allows us to type in the word admin for the login And then it asks for the password but the keyboard no longer works. What would you like us to do next to fix this issue?
I can't seem to find where to attach a screenshot so I will describe it.
Login as: admin
Keyboard-interactive authentication prompts from server;
Password; (cursor) (keyboard no longer works to type in the password)
