We have been living in our Lennar home for about 5 years and recently spectrum sent us a new modem. After switching out a modem and connecting to the ruckus the signal shows up but we were not actually connected to the internet. We power cycled multiple times and checked connection with no success. We plugged it into the router that spectrum supplied and it’s working fine currently but we would prefer to have the ruckus back.

As per the case description, I could understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working after replacing a modem.
As you mentioned that your modem is directly connected to the ICX-7150-C12P Switch, it doesn’t work only with Modem. The connection must be from a Router or Modem-Router combo device. Could you please confirm this once?
