Router CTL and Pwr blinking

My Ruckus ICX 8150 is now working but the extenders seem not. The CTL and Pwr lights are blinking.

Could you please confirm whether you are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network via the RUCKUS devices and if the connection is functioning properly? If the network is working as expected, you can disregard the LED indicators only the access point (AP) closest to the connected device will display a green light on 2.4 or 5GHz.
