When I try to log in, it doesn't recognize my email or password, even though I used it in February and it won't let me reset it

It still does not recognize my email address or password when I try to log in.

Once I recommend trying the default combinations of credentials mentioned in the RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article below.

If that doesn't work, and since your login credentials are not working and a password recovery email was not previously enabled, I recommend performing a factory reset on the Access Points and then reconfiguring them.
