I notice thar my internet quality got low. Speed used to be 350mgbs and now it is showing 90mgbs. in the app ; rockus unleashed . All seems normal , but the switch is on red and the conection is “pending: no conected divices” . Once I entered, the info is showing Unknown.

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working with intermittent Internet connection and the Switch is showing disconnected in the Unleashed system.
Could you please let me know if this issue is resolved? If not please help us with the below queries.
This issue may happen when the Switch runs on the Routing code (SPR). The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. If the Switch boots up on the other partition (Due to a power outage/power spike) which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue. To check the same please follow the below process.
