Need help getting ruckus staying connected after power outages. Have unplugged and plugged back in twice.

I cannot just "arrange" for a different laptop. Again, not convenient nor practical.

Poor assistance for those who do not have the tools or knowledge needed for even troubleshooting. I am getting rid of my Ruckus products as they serve not purpose for what I need
