Request for RMA

  • I am requesting a RMA to return my Ruckus ICX-7150. What are the steps to do this? I have had issues with it for about 6 months now and am done and don’t have the expertise to do what you are asking us to do.  I have been in my house for two years now and have had nothing but issues with your product.  Please post in the next thread a RMA # and an address where I can send this ICX7150 to be replaced. I have seen this done in other posts and am requesting the same process.

Please give the detailed description of the issue.

Also we cannot replace the chassis until you confirm that the hardware is damaged. Please let us know.
