My Ruckus Hub has no connection and is un operable oh, how do I get a replacement?

Hi @Cassandra12c

Please provide an image/photo where you are trying to connect via console from ICX 7150 - C12 P (USB type C to  USB ) to PC. Before uploading the photos please login to the RUCKUS account and you can upload the image.

I’m unable to send a picture how can I do that?

For better understanding, please follow the below steps to confirm the issue.

  1. Connect the computer to the ISP router with the ethernet cable. Run the speed test, and confirm if your speed is stable and search for websites,  make sure you have no issues.
  2. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?

3- Make sure it is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source

4- Are the Access Points R510 powering up? 

5- Are you having any connectivity issues like webpage not loading or slow connectivity.

I’m having no connection issues. My Internet is fine. Spectrum has been out to check the speed. There’s only two lights that are on the hood of a green light and a yellow light and there is static in the plug port. I have troubleshoot it reboot it this component in the steel is no activity. No lights are on the access points either.
