I am requesting a representative contact me for a replacement AP, I have tried several times to update firmware but it seems to be a common problem with these. How do I get in touch with someone?

Thank you for the information you shared.
As per the description, I understand that you are unable to upgrade the firmware on your Ruckus AP.
Could you please confirm if you are trying to upgrade the firmware version through Ruckus Unleashed app?
I would request you to please upgrade the Unleashed on a Laptop web browser using Mozilla FireFox web browser.
After upgrading all Access Points, uninstall the current Unleashed application and install the updated version. Please try to login again and check the version.

I am not sure what happened, the internet went out and I rebooted my router and I was disconnected from ruckus. It will not let me add a network because it is saying the firmware needs to be updated. When I login in to unleashed there is no update and Lennar is unable to help me. I cannot see the access points because it is not connected to my wifi and I cannot connect because the firmware is outdated
