Red light on ceiling box solid. When I do all steps to reset you see temporary green lights but it eventually goes back to red. Who can I call for service?

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issues you are experiencing with your RUCKUS setup.
Based on the information provided, it appears that your RUCKUS Access Point (AP) is not functioning with RED PWR LED.
Could you please unplug the ethernet cable of this AP from the Switch port and plug it into any other 1 in-12 ports (Refer to the screenshot below) and check if that resolves the issue?
