ICX-7150 and APs, must reboot once a week

I've owned this home for 4 years. There was an orange Cat 5/6 cable hanging out of the switch when the rep from Lennar walked me through. Said all you have to do is plug that into your cable modem and you get whole house internet. Ha!

I ended up buying a Cisco RV160 router to connect to the switch. I used the default password for the ICX-7150 and got into it and added the commands for the switch to pull DHCP addresses from the router, etc. This was almost 4 years ago. I was literally delayed by 3 months from moving in because this house had no internet and had a college student that only had online classes, due to Kung Flu. That actually turned out to be a Brighthouse/Spectrum issue that I had to practically curse them out over, only pulled a private IP, not public, on the WAN side of the router.

About two years ago? Not sure, but for quite some time the system would decide to stop working once a week. That is, I could be watching Prime video and it's working but my daughter will come in and say she has no internet. I check my phone and I have none either. My laptop suddenly can't get to the internet. So we reboot everything, just power down by killing the power strip plugged into my UPS. Last summer two gentlemen came to my job to perform an audit and we got talking about the issue. One said Lennar did Ruckus no favors with this and they all boot the wrong image, yada yada.

So, I got the correct image finally. Finally started using ruckus unleashed. Updated the APs to the latest firmware as well as the switch. I'm also now using Frontier fiber for internet. But we still lose internet via wireless once a week or so. It generally seems to be 7 days and several hours when this is required.

I'm almost positive that when I ran an ethernet cable to my laptop, I would have internet but not any of the wireless devices. When I mentioned running Prime video previously, it will time out eventually as well when this occurs.

The fact that if I'm cabled to either the switch or the router and will have internet only makes me believe that this is NOT an issue with the router or cable modem since providers have changed but the problem persists.

I'm at a loss to explain this. And Ruckus support only directed me to this forum. Anybody have any idea?

We haven't had to reboot yet this week, although we're about due. Prior to the last reboot the only thing I could find which I thought could possibly impact everything was that the time/clock in the switch was off by almost 3 years. I set the time but we still had the same issue less than a week later. Maybe it has sorted itself out?

If we do need to reboot I'll make sure to take some pictures and post.

Ok, currently neither phone can connect to the APs. My laptop currently has internet but can't reach ruckus unleashed site. Let's clarify the problem.  It's not rebooting itself, we have to or we'll have no internet.
