I recently had my switch replaced, I have the ICX7150-C12P. Yesterday I swapped out the router from my internet provider (reattached everything as it was) and the wifi signal previously assigned to the switch stopped broadcasting. I did a factory reset of my switch and now I see Recover.me-0DA9B0 and Recover.me-257270 broadcasting. I do not have the passwords for these, so I searched the forum and found to use the serial number of the device, which did not work nor did ruckus-<admin password>
Also to note. I do not have a ruckus unleashed admin username for network or admin password for network. The precious ones (admin) and (lennar) do not work. How do I create or obtain a new admin login and password for the ruckus network?

I appreciate your prompt response and the provided update.
Typically, the factory reset process takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Once completed, you should be able to detect new Wi-Fi WLAN signals emanating from the RUCKUS APs you configured during the factory reset process.
Upon detecting these signals, kindly attempt to connect to the network and verify if you can access the internet successfully.

I tried this for about 30 minutes, no luck so I rebooted and tried again. No luck. I am trying a third time.

Thank you for the information you shared.
To check further please let us know the answers to the below queries:
1. Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports
2. May I know how many Access Points are connected to the Switch?
Please help us with pictures of your ICX-7150-C12P Switch showing the status of the lights and cable connections to the Switch ports.
Before uploading the photos please log in to the RUCKUS account and you can upload the image.
