Received replacement ruckus switch; however I am unable to access the unleashed app

I received the replacement ruckus switch and I am now able to see link lights.  The Access points are now also up and running, so I believe I have done the correct connections.  I have only used ports between 1 and 12.

My issue now is accessing the switch via the unleashed app on my iPhone 13 Pro Max using the latest 18.5 software. 

I have tried the passwords that I’ve found on this forum; however none seems to work.  What do I need to do to access the unleashed site to ensure everything is working as should?

I figured it out.

you need to let us know that the appropriate destination need to be selected.
