Guys I have issue with my Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P, the Switch stopped working after a power outage & now all lights are blinking amber, already troubleshooting tothe below steps

  1. Remove power from the switch.
  2. Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
  3. After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button. but nothing happen, Please let me know a next step to fix it

Based on the information you provided, it appears that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch may be stuck in a boot loop.

If performing a physical reset does not resolve the issue, the next step would be to perform a software recovery on the switch.
