Hi Imran,

I followed the steps to reset entire unleashed network using the SSH option as detailed in method#3 given in this link:

and it worked. After doing factor reset of the master AP, now I am able to configure my master AP to connect my wireless network and the member AP also join the master AP as mentioned in above link. 

The only issue i now have is i am unable to login into the unleashed mobile app on my phone using the same admin user name and password that i had set up on unleashed.ruckuswireless.com login page.

Any pointers for logging into the unleashed mobile app will be helpful.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I recommend performing the upgrade during your non-working hours, as this will reboot the Access Points and may require you to create a new Wi-Fi network/SSID.

Hello Imran,

Will try with the firmware upgrade today evening after my working hours and will let you know how it goes, i couldn't try earlier this week as was a little tied up at work.
