A week ago after a power failure, I started having issues with my 3 Ruckus Unleashed AP's and discovered that my ICX7150 Switch was no longer connected to the AP's. I contacted Imran Sanadi the moderator at the Ruckus Lennar Community for help. He always responded quickly to my posts on the Lennar Community forum and he walked me through a variety of trouble shooting scenarios. With his help I discovered that the switch software needed upgrading.
He gave me a link to the instructions on how to upgrade the AP's and switch software. When I got stuck about halfway through the process, he offered to do a remote session via my PC laptop. He is incredibly knowledgeable about these Lennar AP systems and after working for over an hour this morning, he has fixed the issue. My wireless internet (with Ruckus AP's) is running faster than ever. Highly recommend Imran for this support. * * * * *
